The article illustrates the Ministry investments oncultural heritage and tourism, wich have many components: the EuropeanStructural and Investment Funds (ESIF), particularly theEuropean Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the italianDevelopment andCohesion Fund and other national funds. The text aims to show the relationshipbetween the Programsgovernance and the Ministry forculture and tourism organization, in order to show the system failures, the actuation obstaclesbut also thecompetences involved in each process and the targets reached by theadministration.
