Thecontributions regarding this topic here developed focus the attention onthe scenarios within which the label "Italian food" produces meaning andbecomes a product with its own flourishing market. The millenary historythat contributes to its revenue - including narrative cues - is not a negligiblefactor in helping us to understand its fame, as long as we also considerthe almost mythopoetic uses that can be found in some considerations,even scientific ones, regarding food.
