This paper considers two passages of Lys. 24 of difficult interpretation: at Lys. 24.9 reading t??t?? (in lieu of t????t??), with reference to the prosecutor, could simplify a syntax that otherwise would be quite stiff; at Lys. 24.13 there is no need to integrate <?esµ?t?ta?> after ?? d?, nor is it necessary to suppose the thesmotetai are alluded to, if we give to ?? d? the meaning of  “the others”.
