It is difficult to contest the existence as a matter of fact on an imperative mandate of the party in the Italian constitutional reality, notwithstanding the prohibition which is ratified in the article 67 of the Italian Constitution. The problem, which is already evident in the dialectic contrast among some constitutional rules, is common to other Countries where there is a liberal Democracy and it proposes again, in its undiscussed actuality, the matter of the secret vote. The concreteness of the obligation of the party makes the debatable function of the secret vote revalued, to advantage the freedom and indipendence of elected people
