The study analyzes the issue of lobbying regulation from the point of view of administrative law. The question arises (and is examined) from two angles: on the one hand, the emergence of an “envelopingµ regulation of administrative lobbying, within the framework of the anticorruption laws of the last decade; on the other hand, the critical issues posed by the law on the administrative procedure, which is lacking with reference to the decision-making processes aimed at the adoption of general and regulatory acts. Pending a necessary direct regulation of lobbying, the potential and limits of the “administrativeµ regulation of the relationship between public decision and those with special interests are highlighted
