The essay is focused on the proposals Region Lombardia approved inorder to give a contribution to the decision concerning the European financialprogramme. With the Documento di indirizzo strategico per la politicadi coesione 2021-2027 of July 2019 the purpose is to define the prioritiesof intervention of the cohesion policy. Particular attention is given to themethodology: the approach is based on the technology of Artificial Intelligence,which represents a significant innovation. The value of the Documentis the dialogue it aims at establishing with the European institutions,in order to create a relationship between the regional and European objectives.
