The contribution contains a review of the main issues of administrative law discussed by the french administrative judge in 2016. In particular, the most important decisions of the Conseil d'Etat are referred to the question of compliance of internal rules with constitutional and supranational sources. The paper examines the most significant decisions on administrative disputes (including the control of the administrative judge over the international arbitration award, the legitimacy of an irregularly notified administrative measure, the power to injunction the administrative judge), on individual freedom (conditions and limitations of artificial procreation techniques, legal status of detainees) and police powers (including the legitimacy of unrestricted orders prohibiting the use of burkini). Finally, the review draws on some important decisions on public goods and services and on governmental liability.
