The justice reform, approved with Law no. 134/2021, was influenced by the principles affirmed at European level, also present in the Italian Constitution. The law no. 134/2021, through a series of delegations to the Government and directly applicable rules, provides for numerous changes to Code of Criminal Procedure Code and Criminal Code. The most controversial issue is the introduction of the non-prosecution of the processes, but it is necessary that all the protagonists of the process commit themselves in any case to the success of the reform.
