Social housing policies are a topic of interest in the reorganization of our current welfare system. These very complex processes involve numerous actors belonging to different social classes, who have very different skills and who pursue heterogeneous interests and objectives. In this frame, cohousing support paths for subjects who are considered to be socially vulnerable, present aspects of innovation and interest. The contribution, which starts with a case study, emphasizes that social workers play a central role in these processes of self-determination.
