Fondazione Lombardia per l'Ambiente has dealt with climate change issues in Lombardy since 2004 through the Kyoto-Lombardy Project. The main outcomes of this profitable cooperation with and on behalf of the Lombardy Region were the Adaptation Guidelines (2012), the Regional Strategy (2014) and the recent Action Document (2016). The article outlines the contents of the Document, its rationale and the analyses made.
