InIt is theoretically analyzed a type of citizenship that results from the deficit of integration: the sub citizenships. To this end, a conceptual scheme (“locks theory”) is proposed, focusing on the guaranteed commitments between civil society and the State. Finally, a typology of types of sub citizenships is proposed, thought from Latin America.
