This article intends to give a commentary on the passages that Heidegger, in his dissertation, dedicates to the problem of analogy. I highlight that the thought of the German philosopher strictly depends on that of John Duns Scotus but I also show that Heidegger interprets the Scotian texts according to the contemporary philosophy, in particular that of Heinrich Rickert, Edmund Husserl and Emil Lask.
