In this paper a system for presenting visual stimuli in the conduction of experiments on visual-acoustic perception is presented. Its name is Video-Crono-Sincro (VCS). The method for building, presenting stimuli and recording reaction times is discussed. We present the various modules and the necessary instructions. The different steps for the development of the system are discussed. Finally, an example of application and a comparison with Micro Experimental Laboratory program (MEL; Schneider, 1988) are presented.
