The future topology of world power depends on geopolitics 2.0. Its newbalances are being defi ned under our very eyes without our perceiving the most radical implications. Google and Baidu should help us draw the map of the world. But they work on different key principles: while the algorithm of the former is defi ned at the top but based on democratic criteria, the latter is unidirectional: a wall defining who is in and who is out.
