The article focuses on the relationship between the neoliberal phenomenon and the law. First, it is shown how the “network model” is the result of the “precarisation” of the form of modern law. Simultaneously, “strategic” overlaps are identified between the “network” metaphor and the neoliberal phenomenon. In particular, it has been analysed the planning character of neoliberalism. Secondly, the dimension of precarity is addressed from the metamorphosis of the subject. The issue has been interpreted in the light of the mutations imprinted by labour law on subjectivity. The conclusions focus on the crisis of the neoliberal model and the need to rethink, starting from the principles of equality and freedom, the concepts of law
