The A. treats the topic of diffused interests, from its origins to the present republican constitution. He analyses doctrinal studies and the jurisprudential orientation. He defines the concept of diffused interests differentiating it from collective interests, and separates real diffused interests from only apparent diffused interests, which pertain to actual juridical subjects. The A. furthermore describes the way in which the dif fused interests relate to the judicial sector and the process of political- administrative participation
