The A. examines the problem of the legislative consequences of Constitutional Court's sentences. He also stresses both a crisis of the creative ability of the interpreter and the lack of a suitable link between Court and Legislator. He expresses the desire for a new legislative formulation of the relations between Legislator and Court. The cases examined in detail are the sentences on broadcasting and the small reform of the Presidency of Cabinet
