The Author examines the present problems related to the so called "right to justice", such as: the lost certainty of the law; the increased demand for justice; the excessive length of proceedings. She proposes some relevant remedies, such as the reform of civils trial and of special jurisdictions, but also other "minor" and immediate reforms: for instance, a new geography of judicial districts
