The essay investigates private cyberspace powers such as Facebook, Google, and Amazon. After identifying their distinctive characteristics and their impact on constitutional freedoms, the author proposes the enhancement of the constitutional dimension of antitrust and the implementation of a Brandeisian regulatory approach based on the “constitutional captureµ of the digital economy. The aim is to limit the private powers that populate the world of online platforms
