48The "Guide-Lines for the management of corporate social and ethical responsibility" addresses the issue of developing an improvement process, which leads to design and implement corporate social responsibility instruments and to achieve high quality standard. The Guide-Lines design a model that allows to establish strong conditions for corporate reputation to grow through specific tools: Corporate ethical vision, Ethical Code of Conduct, Training in Ethics, Organisational Systems of Implementation and Monitoring, Social and ethical accountability process, Independent Verification. Reputation is a major asset for an enterprise to perform successfully, because stakeholder relationships depend on it. An enterprise can't carry out its mission without its stakeholders, so it must manage its relationships with them according to high quality standards that produce trust.
