16Since the introduction of the relational turn, economic geography has started focusing its analyses on the actors taking part in productive processes, and considering the socio-cultural dimension of each economic process. In this paper, I will discuss the topic of women working conditions in Italian off-shore fi rms in Tunisia. By analyzing mobility and power relationship, I will explain the different processes that contribute to restrict women’s mobility and create new form of exclusion. Moreover, I will present the powerful discourses tied to corporate and cultural stereotypes.
