Among 2.7 billion people, 1.2 billion is living with less than1 Euro per day, remaining excluded from market available techniques solutions.Therefore researching technical-economic, co-designed and self createdby local population solutions scale up the probability for these solutionsto be socially accepted and utilized over the time. Sustainable Grill isa kind of approach proposed as a possible solution.
