In this meeting, Italian and European researchers, institutional and private managers discussed the themes of two recent editorial productions: «The art of producing Arts. Competition and innovation in Culture and Tourism» by Associazione Civita and the theme of Economia della cultura n. 1-2/2018 «Tourism in Italy and Europe. Trends Monitoring Strategies». We offer here the transcription of three speeches centered on the impacts of tourism flows on art Cities, hotel industry and entrepreneurial activities in Italy.
