Landscape as a Common Good: Aesthetological Retrospectives and Perspectives. – Through the critical use of thought, this contribution is intended as an aesthetological interpretation of the theme of landscape as a common good. The analytical approach is aimed at giving the reader the possibility of interpreting this theme through a retrospective look and at clarifying the possible perspectives offered by the present. The interpretation proposed makes natural reference to the great theoreticians of aesthetics, though the relevant legal matters are far from being neglected. As a matter of fact, both are essential in developing the argument.
