0The essay aims at drawing a comparison between Dewey’s theory of emotions and Nussbaum’s one, focusing the role of «corporeity» in human experience of emotions. Both the theories are empirical verified by examinig a short story by Umberto Saba, Ernesto, wich the Roberta Dreon assumes as pertinent example of a narrative, literary way to express emotions.
