The present study aims to examine the risk of learning disorders such as reading disability, decoding and comprehension, and calculation deficits in children at risk of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). One hundred ninety seven third graders children were examined and 71 of them were identified at risk of ADHD or LD according to a 90th percentile cut-off to the learning tests. The association between these problems has been examined. Consistently with previous researches, a risk of ADHD was frequently associated to LD (about 70%). The percentages individuated on the population at risk (71 participants) was: ADHD 9.9%, ADHD+LD 22.53%, LD COMPREHENSION-DECODING 15.49%, LD CALCULATION 32.39%, LD COMPREHENSION- DECODING-CALCULATION 19.68%. Some cautions should be raised in discussing comorbility as selected participants were «at risk of» and they did not have a specific diagnosis.
