The article analyzes the parliamentary side of the relationship between the Chambers and constitutional jurisprudence, with a focus on the procedures and practices currently in use in this regard by the two houses of Parliament. Against this backdrop, the new decision-making techniques adopted by the Court takeon particular importance, especially those requiring parliamentary intervention to modify provisions of law deemed by the Court to be incompatible with the Constitution. The final part of the article puts forward some proposals to improve the relationship between the Court and Parliament through a series of changes to parliamentary procedures and the strengthening of communication channels between the two institutions.
