Questo saggio è un resoconto di due iniziative, dedicate al rapporto tra arte e vino e realizzate in sinergia traUniversità degli Studi di Macerata, Istituzioni culturali del territorio e l’Associazione Marchigianamente, nella cornice del progetto europeo The Wine Lab. Il primo evento, svoltosi il 27 aprile 2018 presso Palazzo Buonaccorsi, ha preso forma come un percorso tra alcune stanze del palazzo a tema bacchico. Partendo dagli affreschi si è raccontato il mito di Bacco e le vicende che lo vedono protagonista, sottolineando il legame tra la decorazione pittorica e l’attività vitivinicola della famiglia Buonaccorsi. La seconda iniziativa, svoltasi il 25 maggio 2018 alla Pinacoteca Civica di Civitanova Marche, ha visto come protagonista il quadro con Bacco lì conservato. L’analisi del dipinto ha messo in luce il significato degli attributi tipici della divinità attraverso il confronto con il più celebre Bacco di Caravaggio.Entrambi gli eventi si sono conclusi con una degustazione di vini proposti da cantine locali.This essay is an account of two initiatives dedicates to the relationship between art and wine and carried out in synergy with the University of Macerata, cultural Institution of the territory and the Marchigianamente Association, all within the framework of the European project The Wine Lab. The first event, which took place on April 27, 2018 at Palazzo Buonaccorsi, took shape as a path between some rooms of the Bacchic-themed building. Starting from the frescoes, the myth of Bacchus and the events that see him as protagonist were told, underlining the link between the pictorial decoration and the wine-growing activity of the Buonaccorsi family. The second initiative, which took place on May 25, 2018 at the Pinacoteca Civica of Civitanova Marche, saw the painting with Bacchus preserved there as the protagonist. The analysis of the painting has highlighted the meaning of the typical attributes of the divinity through the comparison with the most famous Bacchus by Caravaggio. Both events ended with a wine tasting offered by local wineries.
