The paper reconstructs the reform of the regional statute of Campaniain 2016, that introduced some amendments about the vote of confidencemechanism and the emergency procedure better known as vote bloqué. Thestudy focuses, in particular, on the first applications of the reform in the10th Legislature. Finally, the paper points out the possible evolution in the relationship between the regional Council and the President of the Regionafter the reform.
