The decision 62/2020 of the Constitutional Court deals with severalmatters, which are strictly connected: the budget balance, which must berespected by the State and by the Regions; the essential levels, which mustbe guaranteed especially with regard to the right to health; the organizationof the public health service, which is characterized by a relevant role of theRegions. The Court ruling provides useful reflections about the necessity ofhaving a health system capable to give appropriate answers to the fundamentalright of the citizens.
