The paper aims to underline the relevant features of the consolidatedtext on culture of Region Piedmont («legge regionale» n. 11/2018). Amongthe Italian Regions that adopted a similar consolidated text, the Piedmonteseact distinguishes itself for several aspects. In the framework, culture isconceived as a powerful instrument of social integration, in order to removeobstacles, as the art. 3 of Italian Constitution provides.
