The starting point for the work is the consideration that the theory of plurality of legal orders has been a landmark for the Constituents, especially for the drafting of the Constitution. In particular the aim of this report is an in-depth analysis of the relations between the so-called "internal legal orders" and the Constitution. Starting from the analysis of the notion of "legal order" and its characteristics, this study will try to find a link between the theory of the plurality of legal orders and the articles 2 (about social groups) and 5 (about territorial autonomies) of the Italian constitution. Finally, the last part of the work will be focused on the military legal system, that, unlike the others systems, is significantly more scaled down than before.
