THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN CRISIS BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN CONSTITUTION AND THE UKRAINIAN CONSTITUTION: A QUESTIONABLE ISSUE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW ABSTRACT This paper investigates the recent Russian-Ukrainian crisis. Such a crisis is examined under the perspective of both international law and the national law of these two States, in the light also of some judgments of their respective Constitutional Courts.
