THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE RECENT SPANISH LEGISLATION REGARDING INTERNATIONL LAW:SOME CRITICAL ANALYSIS OFTHE LAW 2/2014ON EXTERNAL ACTION AND THE LAW 16/2015ON PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES The author underlines that the 10th Spanish legislature has adopted some important law regarding human Rights. In particular, the law 2/2014 on the State External Service; the law 25/2014 on treaties and other international agreements, the law 16/2015 on privileges and immunities of foreign States. Furthermore the law 2/2014 modifies some important point of the law 23/1998 on International Cooperation on Development. Thus, taking under consideration this broad legal framework, the article takes under examination the aspects regarding the protection of human rights within this recent adopted laws, particularly focusing on the law 2/214 and the law 16/2015.
