This work suggests an evaluation of the impact of the Climate Change on the agricultural sector in a Mediterranean area, considering the possible effect on the availability of irrigation water. In the first part, an analysis of the historical series has been applied to the series of precipitations and temperatures. Successively, a model of Discrete Stochastic Programming was used. The increasing trend of the mean temperatures and the decrease of the precipitations, as well as the increase of the monthly variability of both variables, influence the quantity of water in the dam. This amount has a high annual variability and a decreasing trend. Such effects modify the land use, with a consequent diminution of the farmers incomes and a lower use of most of the inputs.
