The author interpretates the terroristic attack to the N.Y. Twin Towers as the beginning of global war of XXI century. The event inaugurates a kind of war without quarter, exceeding space and every physical border. U.S. of America were attacked by an organisation whose aim is not to impose or to restore the State sovereignty in order to a new division of territories, but by a criminal cell, alien to the concept of State and territory. In this way the globalization is transferred from peace to war; it is a further step toward the dissolution of the concept of State, at least in modern meaning.
