The rules of the Italian Parliament foresee a particular legislative procedure called in "drawing seat". Its place in the constitutional system aroused not few reservations and perplexities, for what regards both the political and the doctrinal matter. It is impossible to deny however that a careful revaluation of such an institution, which presents great functional characters, might produce extremely interesting references according to a practical use in the delicate field of institutional reforms
