The relationship between the Constitutional court and public opinion can be articulated in four ways: a) the meaning of the recent normative innovations with regards to third-party interventions, amicus curiae, distinguished experts, and the public hearing’s organization; b) the activity of providing information concerning judgments that have been delivered (particularly through the use of press releases); c) the sharing and dissemination of the values and the meaning of constitutional principles; d) the connection between the aforementioned activities, the Court’s «political» role, and its legitimation in the constitutional system.
