AFTER THE “MILLENIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS”: THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN UNITED NATIONS, WTO AND THE EUROPEAN UNION. After a review of the “Development” subject matter as it is treated in some International Organizations such as the United Nations and the WTO, the article focuses mainly on the European Union Development Policy, claiming that the new UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development strongly contributes to making European Union a “global” actor through an enlarged interpretation of its External Relations goals and principles.
