The essay examines the most recent case law about the legal qualification of employment relationships characterized by the use of new technologies which modify the traditional contractual settlement of interests. The author notes that judges do not stress any Information Technology, they assert a sort of neutrality for the purpose of classification and therefore IT is considered an element - or a circumstantial proof - which concur with others, being nor determinative neither exhaustive.
