The d.lgs. 192/2012, as a result of Directive 7/2011, has profoundly modified the legislation about late payments in case of supply contracts between firms and with the Public Administration. In this work, the author shows light and shadows of a legislation is not always appropriate to ensure the creditor of the money's sum.
